The Palms of Key Biscayne is a condominium association with 10 residence floors, 48 units, and a ground floor entry lobby, nested in one of the most beautiful islands in Florida. The building has an onsite building maintenance manager who has been employed with us for 25 years.

Each residence features a balcony with incredible views to Key Biscayne, the ocean, the bay or Crandon Park. The living areas are elegant and spacious with reserved parking for residents and many open parking for guests. We have direct and unrestricted access to the beach via a paved and secured right of way on Commodore South property at the end of Ocean Lane Drive.
